The product itself is awesome. I have used Alfred's piano series for my studio of piano students for over 20 years with great success and consistency in methodology. However, I was utterly disappointed at receiving this book BENT IN HALF in the envelope. I tried to put it in correctly and shake it around to see if it happened in shipping and I couldn't make it happen. So it would have had to happen during the packaging. The integrity of the book cover is ruined forever. I have never treated my books that way and am very disappointed at receiving it damaged. Had I received it intact, it would have been an easy 5 star rating.
